I was fortunate not to have been drafted into the Vietnam war like many of our classmates. I attended Lewis University and my first real job was as an Aircraft Mechanic for United airlines. I held numerous management positions and traveled world wide on business and pleasure. Retired from UAL in 2003.
Married to Beverley 1971 - 1998. Married Sue in 2002.
I was involved in sports car racing in the 1970's with the Sports Car Club of America and still love the sport and the many great friends I have made along the way. Upon my death, my ashes will be at turn #5 at Road America Race track in Elkhart Lake Wisconsin.
My wife Sue (AKA Skygoddess) is a Flight Attendant for United and loves her job. We hope to move to North Carolina when she retires in a few years.
After retiring from United Airlines management in 2003, I started BMK Inspections doing home inspections for the major banks in the Fox Valley area. Closed the business in 2012 and I think I am fully retired now but who knows what opportunities may come my way.
I hope to see many of you at our 50th Reunion and refresh my memory about all the goofy things we did. I have great memories of growing up in Elmhurst. Times were simple and we were not over-regulated and could just be kids doing kid things.
My Senior year over Christmas break (Yes, Christmas Break, Not Holiday Break) I had a head-on collision with a drunk driver on Butterfield road. I missed about 2 months of school recuperating and had to take summer school to graduate.
I will always remeber doing the snake dance after the home comming bon fire. while running through Wilder Park, myself and the girl (who I can't remember, both tripped over a guide wire from one of the trees. WHAM! I still laugh about that today.
I enjoyed being on the gymnastic team and did not enjoy taking first year Spanish a 2nd time. Loved going to the youth center even though my Mother volunteered there. :)

Hi Bart... had last-minute changes in our family vacation schedule and would be available to attend the reunion tomorrow. What are the chances we can pop in and give you a check at that time? We will not be attending any of the events on Saturday however.
Go out and celebrate with Sky goddess. Happy Birthday
