We are less than 90 days away from our class reunion and Home Coming. Here are the details as they stand today.  

Dates: Thursday, September 24: 

 6pm to 8pm. Meet and Greet. We have secured a new larger space at the Patio Restaurant which is a 5 minute drive from our hotel. At 2780 S Highland Ave, Lombard. Food and beverage is on your own.  

Friday, September 25th. 

Class Luncheon, Noon to 4pm at Angelo’s Ristorante & Banquets 247 N York St. Elmhurst. 

York Homecoming  Football game. More info later.   

There is a rumor that there will be a legal drinking age event back at the Hotel.

 Saturday, September 26th.  

This is an optional do your own thing day. Time to explore Elmhurst and meet with classmates. How about Coffee at Wilder Park and lunch at Hamburger Heaven or Portillo’s. Hang out with your BFFs.

We have a block of 15 rooms being held for Thursday and Friday 9/24 and 9/25 with the option for additional rooms once our 15 are booked. a third night can be booked at our group rate by calling the hotel directly. 630-329-8824.

Please register by filling out and sending in the registration form and your check no later than September 1st, 2026. 

Registration fee is $45.00 per person which covers the Luncheon only. (Yes, prices have gone up.) We have tried to keep costs down by allowing you to decide if you want to purchase food and or beverages at the meet and greet, Cash bar at the luncheon and whether you attend the football game. Once The football game ticket prices are announced we will send out that information. 

The buffet luncheon will include:  

Soups: Minestrone and Cream of Broccoli. 

Salads: Mixed greens, Tomato & Onion, Potato Salad and Antipasto Tray.  

Pasta:  Bowtie and Mostaccioli with Marinara and Vodka Sauces. 

Vegetable: Potatoes Vesuvio. 

Entrée: Chicken Limone and Italian Roast Beef. 

Desert: Vanilla Ice Cream. 

Beverages: water, Soda, Coffee and Hot Tea. 

Bar: Cash bar.

The website has a feature to recognize classmates who have served in the military. We would like to expand that a bit to include anyone who served their country in the Peace Corps as well. Just utilize the feature in your profile for military and where it has the field for a branch, simply type in Peace Corps.

We should at least have a brigade or wing or fleet or so out there...
